Did I mention how much I LOVE yoga? And that one interpretation of yoga is to connect, which is what this website is all about.
After seeing the trailer for ‘Enlighten Up one of my subscribers and fellow yogis just put me on to this yoga documentary also out now - now that’s connection!
Called Y-Yoga Movie, just seeing the movie trailer gave me goosebumps.
Watching all those people talk about what yoga has done for their lives, and how they are sharing it with the people around them makes my heart soar.
So I offer it up here for others to enjoy - check out the trailer, and get your hands on a copy of the DVD.
